Those who follow our website have seen dozens of videos of ET Bilu, which complement our narrative about him. One important detail is that, depending on the context, his voice changes: he has a small voice or changes the “tone” of voice. Some people say that this is one of the pieces of evidence that ET Bilu is a creation of several people hiding in the bushes, who take turns to impersonate him.
Could it be?
In fact, there is a well-targeted purpose related to the “art of communicating”, for ET Bilu has excellence in this matter.
So, to start our conversation, let’s remember a concept: COMMUNICATION is the ability to establish a dialogue, which could be illustrated in a schematic drawing like this:
Communication is everything that relates to, or can cause, the transmission or reception of ideas, seeking to share such information both through writing, signals and orally.
The good communicator is a person who aggregates knowledge and techniques about transmission or reception of ideas. A true art: after all, who has never tried to defend a subject and has been misinterpreted by people close to them?
Basically, communication is an exchange that is effective through a “linguistic code”, between the one who communicates information (sender) and the one who receives it (interlocutor/receiver).
Okay, and what does all this have to do with the voice of ET Bilu?
This communication, when it occurs through sound, is related to sound vibration. And this is the “resource” chosen – not by chance – for him to communicate with us. Therefore, before we go any further, it is important that you understand how sound vibration interferes with reality.
This is because the sound vibration alters frequency, environment and matter.
How is that so?
In principle, sound is an acoustic phenomenon that consists of the propagation of sound waves produced by a body that vibrates in a material or elastic environment, especially air.
Any sound that exists needs to vibrate in a physical environment that somehow pulses. In other words, the sound needs a matter in which it can vibrate/create oscillations: at this moment a frequency is established.
But let’s go further…
Each medium vibrates at a different frequency, according to these characteristics. Therefore, each living being emits a different sound frequency related to its characteristics, or basic sound properties:
- Pitch- is frequency measured in hertz (the vibration of sound generates the frequency).
- Loudness – which can be higher or lower.
- Tone – provides the “identity” of the sound itself. It is what differentiates, for example, the voice of one person from another, or of one instrument from another.
Another important aspect of sound are the so-called “harmonics”, which are internal components or frequencies, which are “inside” any sound we hear or produce, and it is responsible for the tone timbre.
Our voice, the sounds of musical instruments, the sounds of nature, of animals, of everything, in short, that we hear has harmonics. It exists, it’s endless and it’s sounding everywhere…
The human ear has the ability to perceive sounds between 20 hertz and 20,000 hertz (and the latter is certainly a very well “trained” ear).

The adult ear is no longer able to hear very high-pitched sounds due to gradual hearing loss, as we get older (by the age of 30 this already begins). That’s why children listen much better than adults (but listening to their parents is good, not a chance, eh?! 🤭😅).
But is there any other element about the working of these frequencies on us?
Yes!
Nowadays there are spectrographic analyses that generate graphics from a sound.
The spoken voice mobilizes frequencies between 20 hertz and 3,000 hertz. The sung voice can reach over 4 thousand hertz! And between the spoken voice and the sung voice, it is possible to reach an incredible range of timbres and nuances. Take a look at what this group, for example, is capable of doing using only their voices:
Every voice in the third dimension has this spectrum, meaning a “generator” sound, which is the sound we hear and the sound of the harmonics that multiply.
But there are unique melodies. Do you want to hear one?
This sound was recorded by researchers from Dakila Research and, when submitted to spectrographic analysis, it was observed that there is no generating sound! Only harmonics. It is a “mass” of harmonics.
And the frequencies range from 2.4 thousand hertz to over 5 thousand hertz!
A sound that does not have a “generating sound”, i.e. a there is no “generating source”, a physical medium in the third dimension?! It is worth mentioning that these sounds were captured with recorders during interactions that took place at the headquarters in Corguinho-MS and, therefore, were studied.
This record is one of the evidences that the interaction that happens with other extraterrestrial races goes beyond the barriers of the third dimension.
And it gives us an indication that for ET Bilu to speak, it would not even be necessary for him to be physically. Therefore, phenomena like the sensory labyrinth are possible.

And we go a little further, related to a very common questioning:
Why do we hear the voice of ET Bilu, but we don’t see him?
It all comes down to ” vibrational compatibility”. That is, it depends on each person to understand the higher frequencies, since ET Bilu comes from more accelerated realities, already discussed in a previous article.
As we mentioned before, we can usually hear sounds over certain frequencies/hertz. Above that, there will be the need for a “more trained ear”, as well as to “see” more accelerated frequencies. Hence the training of the rod cells of our eyes – and the dark.
And this way we can “see” and “hear” high frequencies.
ET Bilu has already demonstrated that he has complete control of this, because he can be “heard” and not “seen”!
This fact has been recorded several times by Dakila researchers in their conversations with ET Bilu.
Sometimes his image is captured by the cameras, sometimes not. But his voice is always recorded!
He shows that he is capable of interfering with that reality. In other words, he remains or not in a frequency that can be recorded by the cameras.
Going even further, he has also shown that he can be “visible” to human eyes and not be recorded by the cameras!
It is thus possible to have a sound without a “generating source” in the density of the third dimension.
Yeah, but why doesn’t ET Bilu remain, as he says, “heavy” in the third dimension so that everyone can see and hear him?

The power of resonance
Another important aspect related to sound, is resonance, to “re-sound”, that is, sounding again.

When a tuning fork begins to vibrate, by only approaching another which emits the same sound (there are several types of tuning forks), it will also begin to vibrate by the propagation of sound waves.

The purpose of all this information in this text is to explain that at each meeting, at each conversation, ET Bilu uses a “different voice”, according to the moment, the emotional, physical and frequency condition of those who are there.
He is working what he wants to resonate with us, his vibration interacts with our matter, providing acceleration to our development and balance in all aspects. And we do not even realize this complexity.
Notice: if even our traditional science recognizes that the voice has a much deeper role than simply “making noise”, what can an alien modulate through his voice?
